How Our Plans Work

1. Discovery

Every plan is designed around your goals, your body and your schedule. All plans start with a discovery call to lay the foundation for a solid training plan.

2. First Month FREE

Before we build your full training plan, we need to understand how your body responds. Your free month lets us test different intensities and durations to see what drives the best adaptation. Once we know what works, we build the real plan around you.

3. The Plan

Your personalized plan is built based on the results of your testing month. Every session has a purpose and it’s all centered on how you adapt.

4. Choose your Level of Support

Now you can choose how often we connect and adjust the training plan based on how you’re responding to stimulus.

  • Prefer to set it and go? Go with the One-Time Plan, we will build it and let you run with it.
  • Want check-ins every 14 days? Go with the Monthly Plan, we will make mid-block updates based on your feedback.
  • Need weekly support? Go with the Weekly Plan, we will rebuild your plan every 7 days around your recovery and response to the training load.

We build you a full training block (12 weeks) based on your goals and input. Then set it and forget it, this is perfect if you want structure without the check-ins.

Everything from the One-Time Plan plus check-ins every 2 weeks with plan adjustments based on your body response and feedback.

Each week your workouts, recovery and feedback are reviewed to build the next block from scratch. Every session is adjusted based on how you are responding.

The Training Process

Each custom built training plan begins with a FREE 1-month testing kit. This is where we learn how your body responds to various training stimuluses’. If you choose to work with us after the testing phase. Then we will use your feedback to custom build a training plan that fits your needs and goals.

1. Race-First Blueprint

We start at the finish line. Your target race, distance and goal time. Set some lofty goals and reverse engineer the calendar so every block points straight to the finish line.

2. The Deep Dive

Training has to fit into real life. We map work hours, family commitments and recovery windows so the plan challenges you, but doesn’t break you.

3. Precision Plan Build

Workouts, down weeks, and z2 sessions are slotted for the optimum blend of volume, frequency and intensity so your body can absorb the load while still driving performance.

4. Continuous Calibration

Stalls, spikes or life curveballs trigger immediate edits. Let’s adapt the plan in real time so your momentum doesn’t fade.

6. Clear Accountability

You will see the “why” behind every session and get direct answers fast. When you understand the logic, the commitment will follow. Time and effort always meet at the finish line.
